Medium Duty Rack Structure: 
1. Rack column is made of cold-rolled steel by a special roll forming machine. The upright column heads double row holes at 50mm pitch along a straight line. Column hole used to mount beams. The two columns are opposite, with the horizontal connecting beam and the diagonal bracing in the middle to assemble two columns into a shelf.
2. Beams using "P" type pipe, commonly known as "ladder beam." The height of the ladder matches the height of the deck.
3. Shelves steel plate with cold-rolled steel, according to the required size bending on the four sides.

4. Beam and column mounted, assembled into a frame, and finally laid steel plate, thus a complete set of medium-sized shelf molding.
5. All parts of the shelf are well formed, all finished, polished, pickled, phosphated, fully automated powder electrostatic sprayed and dried. Produced shelf surface smooth, beautiful. Shelf layer can be adjusted up and down according to 50mm pitch, easy disassembly.
